We were delighted to have the State member for Macquarie Fields, Hon Anoulack Chanthivong, join us at Our October monthly meeting and to be our special guest speaker.
In addition to being the member for the seat of Macquarie Fields (which he is honoured to be) Anoulack also holds the Ministerial portfolios for Better Regulation and Fair Trading; Industry and Trade; Innovation; Science and Technology; Building; and Corrections. Quite a huge area of work.
In his presentation and in answering questions Anoulack provided information, as viewed by the Government, on urban renewal for Ingleburn, work being and to be undertaken in the suburbs surrounding Ingleburn and in the south west of Sydney and the new Western Sydney Airport and Bradfield. Much activity.
The Chamber works closely with Anoulack Chanthivong is attempting to continually improve Ingleburn.
