On Monday the 17th November 2014 Campbelltown City Council placed its draft Ingleburn Structure Plan on Public Exhibition.
The exhibition period is open until Friday the 6th February 2015.
The public exhibition documents are composed of the Draft Ingleburn Structure Plan and the Draft Ingleburn Structure Plan Support Document.
The overall aim of the Ingleburn Structure Plan is to encourage new growth and promote the revitalisation of the Ingleburn Centre.
As part of the overall aim, Council is looking to achieve the following growth targets for the Centre:
3,000 new dwellings
25,000 square metres of new retail/commercial floor space
Council has a dedicated website for the draft Plan http://yourcityyourfuture.com.au/Ingleburn-Structure-Plan.
Once adopted, these two documents will shape Ingleburn for at least the next twenty years.
We urge members and interested parties to view the documents, and to provide a submission to Council by the 6th February 2015.
