Cr George Greiss was first elected to Campbelltown City Council in 2008.
He has held numerous positions on Campbelltown City Council, including the Chairperson of the Planning and Environment Committee (2012-2016), the Chairperson of the Traffic Committee (2010–2015) and he is currently the council member on Western City Planning Panel.
Cr Greiss is also Ph.D. Candidate in Geography and Urban Planning at the School of Social Sciences, Western Sydney University, currently researching community perception of high-density development in the Sydney metropolitan area.
George will speak on his thoughts and aspirations for the Macarthur area. This will include:
Transparent decision making
- Review of public space infrastructure.
- City beautification program.
- His vision for our city.
- State and Federal opportunities for Campbelltown.
