Our February Guest Speaker Helen Nezeritis from NSW Small Business Commission
Helen Nezeritis, Director of Operations, Engagement and Customer Service at the NSW Small Business Commission responsible for the delivery of the Commission’s customer contact center, business operations, stakeholder engagement, media, and communications, the delivery of NSW Small Business Month, and strategic projects.
Helen is a public servant of over 20 years in NSW and Northern Territory, with extensive experience in policy, strategy, and operational service delivery.
Recent roles have included Chief of Staff to the NT Treasurer, Deputy Chief of Staff and Director of Policy for the NT Chief Minister Executive Director of Policy and Research, and Executive Director of Corporate Services at the NT Department of Children and Families.
Helen will provide a presentation focusing on the role of the Commission, and how we support small businesses including mediation services.
