Guest Speaker: Fletcher Rayner, Executive Manager, Urban Release and Engagement, Campbelltown City Council

Fletcher will be discussing the Glenfield Place Strategy and focusing on:

• The NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment and Transport for NSW jointly exhibited draft Glenfield Place Strategy and Cambridge Avenue
• The draft Glenfield Place Strategy (the draft Strategy) proposes amendments to the Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015 that would support future development of approximately 7,000 dwellings over the next 30 years
• Hurlstone land holdings on the western side of the Glenfield Train Station
• The presentation will outline the draft structure plan, urban design report, development principles and proposed amendments to landuse zones, building heights and other supporting development controls
