November Member’s Meeting – The Greater Sydney Commission Plans

The draft Sydney Region Plan, Western City District Plan, Future Transport Strategy 2056, Sydney Services and Infrastructure Plan, and Transport and Tourism Plan were recently placed on public exhibition by the Greater Sydney Commission.

Our Chamber Secretary, Philip Occhiuto, will walk us through the important aspects of this plan that will affect our District.

This is a great opportunity to receive a summary of the relevant components of the five draft plans which will have the greatest impact on the area many of us live, work, and play in.

Submissions on the Plans close on the 15th December 2017 for the Sydney Region and Western City District Plans, and on the 3rd December 2017 for the other three transport related plans.

Come along and discover what it is the NSW Government envisions for Sydney and particularly for the Western City District.

Event registrants are asked to be in attendance from 6.30pm onwards to enable the meeting to commence promptly at 7.00pm. The meeting will close at approximately 8.30pm.
