T21/02 Kennett and Seddon Parks Sportsfield Redevelopment
Campbelltown Council are seeking a suitably experienced principal contractor to undertake construction works redevelopment of the sporting fields (orientation/playing surface) at Kennett and Seddon Parks Glenfield. The works will include bulk earthworks, sportsfield drainage, irrigation, water storage, sports fencing and associated infrastructure, including lighting, natural turf sportsfield development and establishment (two x cricket fields and two x rugby league pitches).
The cricket practice nets, sports courts, playground and general site landscaping DO NOT form part of this tender.
