T21/16 Playspace Improvement Works
We are seeking to engage the services of a suitably qualified Contractor to Supply and Install four new accessible playground facilities at the following locations:
- Bon Wrightson Reserve, Campbelltown
- Cronulla Reserve, Woodbine
- Colorado Reserve, Kearns
- Fieldhouse Park, Ambarvale
The scope of works include Site Preparation and Establishment, Demolition, Bulk Earthworks, Drainage, Hard works including pavements, edges, and walls; Softworks including planting, mulching, soil works and turf; Furniture and Fixtures including seating, picnic settings and bins; Playground Facilities including safety soft fall surfaces, play equipment and shade sails.
Council may elect to award only one or two or three or all four Playspace Improvement projects to the Successful Organisation/s.

T21/18 Raby Road Intersections Upgrade
We are seeking a suitably experienced and qualified organisation for the upgrade of the Raby Road intersections of Spitfire Drive and Eagle Vale Drive including traffic signals, road upgrade, additional slip lanes, shared paths, stormwater drainage, street lights, retaining wall, fencing and landscape works.
Tenderers must attach evidence of their accreditation with the WH&S Accreditation Scheme by the by the Federal Safety Commissioner (FSC) (www.fsc.gov.au). This is a mandatory requirement of tendering.
Tenderers must provide evidence of the current certification of traffic signals pre-qualification with Transport for NSW for the company (themselves or subcontractor) who will be completing the traffic signals works. This is a mandatory requirement of tendering.
Tenderers must provide evidence of the current certification to construct utility assets (Level 1 ASP) for the company (themselves or subcontractor) who will be completing the street lighting works. This is a mandatory requirement of tendering.

EOI21/01 Replacement of Website and CMS
We are inviting an Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced Contractors to undertake website redesign, website production, ongoing website support, training, and hosting. Additionally, Council seeks assistance from a partner that can develop a strategic approach to organising content that inspires, informs, and drives action.
It is anticipated that from the EOI process, Council will determine a Select Tender for the project.
